I do believe it is called hermes.
Hermes is the addon, I have it set to show raid cooldowns, innervates and battler rez's currently.
I have it set to Bars under the UI so it shows when the spell is available and how long on the cd.

Though it makes me kinda sad to see that such a great addon is now longer supported (abandoned state) but as long as its working i'm going use it as of now. Atleast it provides some options to correct cooldowns recently modified in patch 4.3 such as priests 'Heavenly Voice' talent.
